Then that’s the policy I’d lock in. Here’s the finished version for the website, with the two blank lines between paragraphs.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: September 25, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to media, content creation, promotional, event, partnership, and related services purchased from Trevor Taylor LLC (“Trevor Taylor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing or booking a service, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy along with our Media Services Terms and any project-specific terms agreed upon before booking.
1. General Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to provide flexibility while also protecting time that has been reserved for a Client’s project.
Refund eligibility depends on when a cancellation occurs, whether work has already been completed, and whether nonrefundable expenses have already been incurred for the project.
2. Cancellations With at Least 48 Hours Notice
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled service, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for services that have not already been completed.
Any nonrefundable expenses specifically incurred for your project may be deducted from the refund.
3. Cancellations With Less Than 48 Hours Notice
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled service, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the applicable booking price will be retained.
The remaining 80% will be refunded, subject to any nonrefundable project expenses or work already completed.
This fee helps account for preparation, planning, and time that was reserved for the project and may no longer be reasonably available for another booking.
4. Same-Day Cancellations
If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled service, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the applicable booking price will be retained.
The remaining 50% will be refunded, subject to any nonrefundable expenses or work already completed.
5. No-Shows and Unavailable Access
If you fail to appear for a scheduled service, are unavailable at the agreed time, or Trevor Taylor LLC arrives prepared to perform the service but cannot reasonably do so because required access, permission, personnel, products, or other Client-controlled requirements are unavailable, the scheduled service is nonrefundable.
Trevor Taylor LLC may choose to offer another booking opportunity when reasonable, but a replacement session is not guaranteed and may require additional payment.
6. Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
Requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be rescheduled without a fee, subject to availability.
For a first rescheduling request made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, the existing payment may generally be transferred to a new available date without a rescheduling fee.
Same-day rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 20% rescheduling fee.
Additional rescheduling requests after the first reschedule may also be subject to a 20% rescheduling fee, regardless of notice.
All replacement dates and times are subject to Trevor Taylor LLC’s availability.
7. Work Already Completed
Work already completed is nonrefundable.
Completed work may include planning, production, filming, photography, editing, content creation, promotional work, event attendance, published content, or other services already performed as part of the project.
If a project includes multiple services or deliverables, only the unperformed portion of the project may be eligible for a refund.
8. Completed Filming Sessions
Once an agreed filming session or on-site service has been completed, the amount associated with that session is nonrefundable.
A Client’s decision not to use, publish, approve, or share completed content does not create a right to a refund when Trevor Taylor LLC has provided the agreed service.
Any applicable revisions will be handled according to the Media Services Terms and the specific service purchased.
9. Nonrefundable Project Expenses
Certain projects may require Trevor Taylor LLC to incur expenses specifically for the Client’s project.
These may include admission or event tickets, rentals, travel arrangements, parking, materials, props, studio costs, third-party production costs, or other approved project-specific expenses.
Expenses that have already been paid, committed, or become nonrefundable may be deducted from any otherwise eligible refund.
When practical, Trevor Taylor LLC will communicate significant unusual project expenses with the Client before they are incurred.
10. Event Promotion and Coverage
If an event is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service and Trevor Taylor LLC has not yet performed promotional or production work, the Client may receive a full refund, subject to any nonrefundable expenses already incurred.
Promotional content, filming, editing, publishing, planning, event attendance, or other work already completed before an event is canceled is nonrefundable.
For projects containing multiple promotional posts, event dates, or deliverables, refund eligibility will apply only to the portion of the project that has not already been completed.
If an event is postponed rather than canceled, Trevor Taylor LLC will make reasonable efforts to transfer remaining services to the new event date, subject to availability.
11. Digital Content and Deliverables
Once completed digital content has been delivered to the Client, the amount associated with that completed work is generally nonrefundable.
Receiving, downloading, accessing, publishing, or using delivered content does not eliminate any revision rights specifically included with the purchased service.
Creative preference alone does not create a right to a refund when the agreed service and deliverables have been provided.
12. Content and Promotional Performance
Payment is for the agreed time, services, production, content, promotion, access, or deliverables provided by Trevor Taylor LLC.
Trevor Taylor LLC does not guarantee views, impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves, followers, website traffic, leads, customers, ticket sales, purchases, conversions, revenue, attendance, or other performance results.
Content or a campaign performing differently than expected does not create a right to a refund when the agreed services were provided.
13. Client Delays
The Client is responsible for providing information, access, products, materials, scheduling details, and other items reasonably necessary to complete the agreed service.
Delays caused by the Client do not automatically create a right to a refund.
If a project cannot move forward because necessary Client information, access, materials, or communication have not been provided, the project may be placed on hold until it can reasonably continue.
14. Cancellation by Trevor Taylor LLC
If Trevor Taylor LLC must cancel a scheduled service and cannot reasonably reschedule it, the Client will receive a full refund for any prepaid services that have not been performed.
If part of a project has already been completed, the Client will receive an appropriate refund for the prepaid portion that remains unperformed.
Completed work remains nonrefundable.
15. Weather, Emergencies, and Unexpected Circumstances
Weather, illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, closures, travel disruptions, technical issues, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of either party may require a service to be delayed, modified, or rescheduled.
When reasonable, Trevor Taylor LLC will first attempt to reschedule or adjust the service rather than cancel it.
Any refund will take into account work already completed and nonrefundable expenses already incurred.
16. Packages and Multi-Part Projects
If a package includes multiple filming sessions, promotional posts, event dates, deliverables, or other services, each completed portion of the package is nonrefundable.
Cancellation and refund eligibility for remaining portions will be determined using the timing rules in this policy and the amount of work already completed.
17. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a concern about a service, please contact Trevor Taylor LLC before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law or through your payment provider.
18. Requesting a Cancellation, Reschedule, or Refund
To request a cancellation, reschedule, or refund, contact:

Please include your name, the service booked, and the date of your scheduled service.
Cancellation and rescheduling timing will be determined based on when Trevor Taylor LLC receives the request.
19. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible.
The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or payment method used.
Trevor Taylor LLC is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment providers.
20. Changes to This Policy
Trevor Taylor LLC may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as services, business practices, or applicable requirements change.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Changes will not retroactively alter cancellation or refund terms specifically agreed upon for an existing confirmed booking unless both parties agree otherwise.
