About the event
Join Red Cliffs Audubon for a guided evening outing to see one of Southern Utah’s unique fall wildlife spectacles. Each year during migration, hundreds of White-throated Swifts gather overhead before suddenly swooping into a narrow rock crevice to roost for the night.
The outing includes a mostly level ¾-mile hike each way to the viewing area. Bring a flashlight or headlamp for the return hike after dark. Registration is required. Participants should also bring a Utah State Parks pass or be prepared to pay the applicable park entry fee.
